1) Using Our Website

1.1 This website is provided for your personal use. By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Products & Images

2.1 Images are for illustration only. We aim to manufacture as close as reasonably possible to the images and descriptions.
2.2 Because every blind is handcrafted, minor variations can occur. Colours and shades may appear differently on different screens and devices.

3) Measurements

3.1 Goods are made to the measurements you provide. It is essential you measure accurately. If unsure, see our Measuring & Fitting guide or email info@1clickblinds.co.uk

3.2 Please double-check all details before ordering. As products are made-to-measure and bespoke, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds where incorrect measurements were supplied.

4) Made-to-Measure & Custom Products

4.1 Once production starts, items cannot be cancelled or returned (except where faulty).
4.2 Ensure the product type, fabric and sizes are correct before you place the order.

5) Fabrics & Colour Variation

5.1 Fabrics are dyed, so shade variations between batches can occur. Samples may not show every part of a pattern repeat.
5.2 Strong sunlight and glass tints can affect perceived colour in situ. We recommend ordering samples before purchasing.

6) Manufacturing Tolerance

6.1 Fabric cutting tolerance: ±6 mm. If sizes fall within this tolerance, the goods are deemed compliant and will not be replaced or refunded on that basis alone.

7) Ordering by Telephone

7.1 Our team can guide you on measurements if needed and will repeat your order back to you for confirmation.
7.2 After placing a phone order, you’ll receive an email order confirmation.

8) Price & Payment

8.1 Prices shown at checkout apply at the time of order and may change without notice beforehand.
8.2 Payment is taken at checkout using the card details you provide.

9) Discount Codes & Promotions

9.1 Codes and promotions must be applied at checkout. They cannot be added retrospectively and no refunds or adjustments will be issued after an order is placed.

11) Warranty (5 Years)

11.1 We provide a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products against manufacturing faults, starting from the date of delivery.
11.2 If a fault arises, we will inspect and, where possible, repair the product; if repair isn’t feasible, we will replace it.
11.3 This warranty doesn’t cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, or colour fading due to sunlight/glass tints. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12) Defective or Damaged Goods

12.1 All products are quality-checked before dispatch. If you experience an issue, email info@1clickblinds.co.uk
 within 30 days of delivery.
12.2 Please provide photos and keep the product/packaging for inspection. We may ask you to return the item for assessment.
12.3 We will handle queries promptly and professionally.

13) Colour Disclaimer

13.1 We make every effort to display colours accurately, but actual colours may vary due to device settings, lighting and materials. We cannot guarantee your device displays the exact product colour.

14) Amendments, Cancellations & Errors (Key Terms)

14.1 Amendments (within 24 hours): You may request changes (size, fabric/colour, quantity, address) within 24 hours of ordering. After that, orders may enter production and can’t be cancelled or changed.
14.2 Our right to cancel (discrepancies/fabric): We may cancel any order if there are pricing, product, or fabric discrepancies, or where error, misuse or suspected fraud occurs. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
14.3 Pricing & technical errors: We aim for accuracy but errors may occur (including due to website/checkout technical issues). If an error is found before dispatch, we’ll ask you to reconfirm at the correct details or we’ll cancel and refund. If a misprice is obvious, we’re not obliged to supply at that price.

15.1 We take care to ensure website content is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. You should verify information before relying on it.
15.2 We may change information at any time without notice.

16) Statutory Rights

16.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, consumer cancellation rights). Different rules can apply to made-to-measure goods.
