WE WOULD NEED PHOTO EVIDENCE OF THE BLINDS IF THEY ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED VIA EMAIL: INFO@1CLICKBLINDS.CO.UK ONCE WE RECEIVED THE EMAIL THEN OUR INVESTIGATION TEAM WILL INVESTIGATE AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN A SHORT PERIOD.

REFUNDS POLICY

  • MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED/FAULTY CAN I ALTER THE MEASUREMENTS OR COLOUR? – REGRETFULLY NOT; WE CAN ONLY REPLACE DAMAGED OR AS FAULTY BLINDS ONCE THE INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN DONE AND CONFIRMED WHAT THE NEXT STAGE WILL BE.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND? – YOU CANNOT CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF THE GOODS YOU HAVE ORDERED ARE MANUFACTURED, MEASURED OR CUSTOM-MADE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS AS THESE GOODS WILL NOT BE RESALEABLE BY US.
  • MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK OR DISCONTINUED CAN I CANCEL AND HAVE A REFUND? – YES! IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ENTERED INTO THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS BECAUSE THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED THEN WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER IN FULL.

1 CLICK BLINDS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER: IF:

  • THE BLINDS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED.
  • THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PAID OR NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL.
  • NOT WILLING TO PAY THE DELIVERY COST.
  • INTERNAL SYSTEM ERRORS COULD OCCUR (TYPING ERROR OR PRICING).

DELIVERY SERVICE

OUR EXPRESSED DELIVERY SERVICE IS FAST AND EFFICIENT – ONCE THE BLINDS ARE MADE WHICH USUALLY TAKES 3-5 WORKING DAYS, THE BLINDS WILL BE DISPATCHED FROM THE WAREHOUSE THE NEXT FOLLOWING DAY. THE DELIVERY DAYS WILL BE MONDAY TO FRIDAY. THE BLINDS MUST BE SIGNED FOR TO STATE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AT ALL COST.
